For over 13 years, I have been helping business leaders extract the most value from their technology investments. I am an enterprise software Account Executive at Global 360, a Business Process Management (BPM) solutions provider. We lead the market with over 20 years of customer success in optimizing business processes for complex, high volume, mission critical applications in highly regulated industries (e.g., Insurance, Financial Services, etc.). Prior to joining Global 360, I was VP Sales at Zarca Interactive, where we achieved 105% growth in 2004, helping organizations increase profitability by driving loyalty from their most valuable constituencies. Previously, I worked for FileNet Corporation in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), following the acquisition of eGrail Inc., an innovative Web Content Management provider. I formed my foundation in business as a Management Consultant at Arthur D. Little, the world’s first Management Consulting firm. I earned my Bachelors degree in Biology from GW University.
